The Inspection
All Pro Home Inspections welcomes the client to accompany the inspector during the inspection.
I use a 1,000-point inspection checklist to inspect the property.
I will point out safety and maintenance issues with the property and include photographs.
You will receive your report on site.
The inspection meets or exceeds the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
The inspection fee is due at the time of the inspection.
What if the report reveals problems?
If a home inspection reveals problems, it does not mean you should not buy the house. The home inspection is meant to educate you in advance of the purchase condition of the property.
